After collaborations with chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire, Sylvestre Wahid, Eric Briffard and Christian Le Squer and a fine experience as chef of the Litvine Group's flagship restaurant, 37-year-old chef Gary Kirchens takes on a challenge the size of his talent.

Sunday lunch
Our Sunday lunch always starts at noon. It is a set menu served for each guest.
Seven courses are served, spread over the afternoon. Sunday lunch usually ends around 4pm.

Lunch only: € 100 per person, then drinks consumed are counted individually
